Ordering and Prices.

1: The prices for the goods displayed on our site exclude VAT and which will be added during the ordering process.

2: Nexus trading is an online shop, we can deliver your order to your door throughout the UK. However it is not possible for you to collect your order directly.

3: Bespoke polythene bags and lay flat tube can be manufactured on request. All responsibility to insure that bespoke work meets the specification required is with the customer. Nexus trading will not be responsible for incorrect requirements after goods are dispatched.

4: While all efforts will be made to fulfil orders as requested, variations in the manufacturing process can lead to discrepancies for which Nexus trading cannot be held accountable including: Quantity per pack plus or minus 5% approximately; Gauge in (micron) + – 10%.

4: The receipt of our email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order, or confirmation of an offer to sell. Additional verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. An acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via email when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after the payment is taken. Nexus trading reserves the right to decline the order for any reason.

5:  All the picture are for illustration only items may vary for the image displayed.

6: It is always possible that, some of the Goods listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably recognised as an error, we do not have to provide the Goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price we will inform you the correct price for your acceptance.

7: Goods which have to be manufactured specifically for the customer may vary up to 10% from the quantity ordered, invoicing is on the basis of delivered quantity.

We will send a printable VAT invoice by email which is attached as a PDF file

Any quotations given by the Company unless otherwise stated in them shall be open for acceptance within 30 days of the date of the quotation.
